Possiamo dire che una città ci appartiene? Se è così potremmo averla con noi come un oggetto da portare ovunque andiamo. Spesso guardiamo le città dall’altro, dall’altezza delle nuvole dove tutto si trasforma in una griglia di linee e forme geometriche. Dove sembra tutto piccolo e pulito, facendoci credere di poterlo afferrare e tenere dentro ad una mano. La collezione di collane 1:20.000 cattura quell’istante in cui qualcosa di enorme è nelle nostre mani e ci da la sensazione di possederlo. Una raccolta di mappe di città in forma di gioiello, collane in ottone placcato, che prendono/perdono forma nell’interazione con il nostro corpo.

Can we say that a city belongs to us?  If so, then we may have it, like an object, taking it with us wherever we go. We often look at the city from up, at the height of the clouds, where everything turns into a grid of lines and geometric shapes.
